The Coastal Solutions Symposium is a partnership effort between the Harte Research Institute and Gulf Coast Growth Ventures to bring together graduate students, university researchers from across Texas, and industry scientists to present potential science-based solutions to coastal issues. The symposium aims to provide a forum through which to bridge knowledge gaps by sharing science between academic and industry researchers for the purpose of promoting more sustainable development. The symposium would include a keynote lunch and concurrent presentations and panel discussions throughout the day.
